Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
1. To initiate a refund, the customer must fill the provided refund form.
The refund amount will be deposited directly into the customer's bank account/ Wallets , typically taking 2-3 working days.

2. Customers are responsible for returning the product by themselves to nearest our courier office

3. Refunds will only be considered if the product is returned within  7 working days from the date of delivery, accompanied by a valid receipt

4. Damaged products will not be eligible for a refund. Please inspect the product upon receipt.

5.Product exchanges will only be valid within 24 hours of delivery.
